Since our inception in 2011, CLARiT has held a host of capacity building and leadership Programmes including; The Empowered Woman Series; The SDGs CLARiFIED Programme; The CLARiON Call for Change Programme and now; The CLARiT “GETTINGONBOARD” Programme and the CLAP for Ghana Programme. The Empowered Woman Series
The Empowered Woman Series (EWS) is a series of seminars that focus on the empowerment of the Ghanaian woman to achieve equal opportunities in society.

CLARiON Call for Change Programmes (International Women’s Day)
The CLARiON CALL FOR CHANGE PROGRAMME is a highly innovative, transformational and enlightening Programme that: Champions women’s education and Creates awareness on gender equality.

The CLARiT “GETTINGONBOARD” Programme
The “GETTINGONBOARD” Programme falls under CLARiT’s Leadership Training Programmes. It is specially designed to equip senior professional women (current or aspiring Board Members) with the requisite “GETTINGONBOAD” skills to enable them to excel in their current or future board work.

The Changing Lives Attitudes and Perceptions (CLAP for Ghana) Programme
The CLAP for Ghana Programme is the latest addition to our impactful Programmes. CLARiT realised that during this Pandemic people seemed to have more time on their hands, were more willing to try new things, learn new skills and be retooled.
