CLARiT was excited in 2018 to present the very first edition of “The CLARIT “GETTINGONBOARD” PROGRAMME.”

This innovative Programme, which falls under CLARiT’s Leadership Training Programmes, is, arguably, the first of its kind in Ghana. It is specially designed to equip senior professional women (current or aspiring Board Members)   with the requisite “GETTINGONBOARD” skills to enable them excel in their current or future board work.

Designed for a small group of participants at a time, the Programme provides Participants with deep insight into the workings of boards, at the same time offering a breakdown of the Legal and Regulatory Framework governing Boards in Ghana. Experienced Resource Persons and Participants will share their rich experience to ensure that women get to and stay on top.

Participants will be given practical tools to become productive board members and strategies to effectively achieve organisational and personal goals.

PARTICIPANTS

The Target Group for this Programme is senior female professionals striving to contribute significantly to the effectiveness of corporate governance at the highest level.
