The “GETTINGONBOARD” Programme falls under CLARiT’s Leadership Training Programmes. It is specially designed to equip senior professional women (current or aspiring Board Members) with the requisite “GETTINGONBOAD” skills to enable them to excel in their current or future board work. Participants are given practical tools to become productive board members and strategies to effectively achieve organisational and personal goals.
Our maiden “GETTINGONBOARD” Programme was held on 14th November 2018 at the Fiesta Royale Hotel, North Dzorwulu. The Programme was a resounding success as Participants attested to the impeccable organization and presentation by our well-resourced speakers.The Second Programme was held on the 18th November 2020 at the same venue to raving reviews by participants.
