SUMMARY:EMPOWERED WOMAN SERIES 2 SEMINAR 2 - 2022
DESCRIPTION:The “Empowered Woman Series” (EWS) is a series of seminars that focus on the empowerment of Ghanaian women to achieve equal opportunities in society. It achieves its  objectives by identifying persons\, mainly women practitioners in an identified field\, sector or industry who through their knowledge and experiences; challenges\, strengths and\nsolutions\, can influence not only their peers or those aspiring to higher positions of authority but ultimately policymakers and legislators in forging the best way forward for  Ghana. \n  \nThe EWS provides a unique and dynamic way of empowering women in the particular sector under review by echoing the five main tenets of CLARiT. The objectives of the\nEmpowered Woman Series include to: \n· Strengthen the capacity of women to enable them to exercise their rights\n· Promote and conduct research into issues that affect women’s empowerment in all sectors of the economy and publish research findings in the CLARiT Journal and other media to contribute to the body of research and knowledge\n· Identify the challenges confronting women in the sector(s) under discussion and propose successful strategies to turn these challenges into opportunities.\n· Increase awareness about the role women are currently playing in the sector under discussion and explore additional ways to empower them.

SUMMARY:CLAP for GHANA - 2022
DESCRIPTION:The CLAP for Ghana Programme is the latest addition to our impactful Programmes. CLARiT realised that during this Pandemic people seemed to have more time on their hands\, were more willing to try new things\, learn new skills and be retooled. We found that if the country was to make progress – socioeconomically and with regards to the  environment and the SDG’s among others\, during and after COVID- 19 there was the need to make some changes in some of the attitudes and perceptions of her people. CLARiT  identified some positive attitudes and perceptions that needed to be upheld and some negative ones that needed to be eschewed.
